3. Booking & Ticketing
3.1 Event Tickets & Reservations
When booking an event or purchasing tickets, please review all event details carefully.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Tickets may not be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals
Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns, and we’ll notify you by email or phone if applicable
3.2 Weather Policy
We are a working farm, and weather can impact events and activities. Tuttle Orchards reserves the right to close or adjust schedules due to weather or safety reasons.
3.3 Risk & Safety
Visiting a farm involves inherent risks. By attending events or entering our premises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure, injury, or incidents. Tuttle Orchards is not liable for injuries or damages that occur on the premises.
4. Online Store
4.1 Product Information
We strive to describe all products accurately, but errors may occasionally occur. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payments
We accept various forms of payment through Square, payments, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. All prices are listed in USD.
4.3 Shipping Policy
We currently do not typically ship products. Should we begin to do some see info on product about shipping information, order time, etc.
Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout
We do not ship items. But if we were to add products for shipping on a limited basis it would most likely on be to the USA.
Tracking information will be provided when available
4.4 Returns & Refunds
In general, due to the perishable nature of products we do not do returns or refunds. If you have an issue with a product, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.
Perishable items, seasonal products, and sale items are final sale
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
4.5 Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as product is ordered for those items.

Some services (such as ticket bookings or online store checkouts) may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
