Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sugar, oil, and flour. This mixture will look dry even after mixing and that is how you want it! Then add cocoa, shredded zucchini (do not drain moisture out), vanilla extract, salt and baking soda. Mix until well combined. Stir in 1 cup of your chocolate chips.

Pour brownie batter into 9 by 13 inch greased pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the brownies are set.

Wait until the brownies are cooled before serving!
