Take one pre-baked pie crust. Fill with 4 cups of fresh blueberries.
In a pan cook: 1 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, and 1 tablespoon lemon rind. Bring to a boil. After it boils add the following: 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Let minute cook. Pour over 3 cups of fresh berries in pie crust.
