Veggie & Philly Cheese Steak Skillet

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. steak cut of choice
1 large red onion, sliced into strips
1 large sweet yellow onion, sliced into strips
4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 large bell peppers seeded and chopped
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steam your chopped cauliflower so it is soft and ready to eat and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of your oil in a large skillet and cook your steak to your liking. Once it is cooked, set aside to rest. In the same pan, then add your remaining oil, onions, peppers, and garlic to saute. Stir in your steamed cauliflower, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Slice your steak then return to pan and gently combine everything. Top with cheese and allow it to melt by covering your pan… then enjoy!
