2 Cups Rhubarb (fresh chopped or frozen thawed)
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C vinegar (apple cider or white is best)
3/4 C oil
1 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t salt
3-4 T real maple syrup or honey
Cook rhubarb, sugar, and vinegar over medium heat until soft. Drain in sieve. Discard pulp. To 6 T of this juice add remaining ingredients. Shake in jar or whisk together until well blended (lots of shaking). Can be chilled before serving.
