3 cup peaches, sliced
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Line a greased 9 by 13 pan with peaches and lemon juice. Cream 3/4 cup of your sugar, butter, flour, baking powder, and milk. Mix thoroughly and pour over peaches. Mix 3/4 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. flour and sprinkle over batter. Then pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degree F for 1 hour.
