Lodi Apple Crisp

Ingredients

6 to 8 Lodi apples
1/4 to 1/2 c sugar
1 to 2 T starch depending on how much sugar you use
1/2 t cinnamon

For the topping:
3/4 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c oats

Directions:


Spray 8×8 pan.
Peel & slice apples, stacking in dish as you go. Pressing down on them to get as much as you can in dish. Mix desired amount of sugar with cinnamon and starch, sprinkle over apples. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top, bake 375 till golden brown, about 30 to 40 min
