Ingredients

1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 of a red onion
2 smaller cucumbers or 1 large
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
Green Goddess Dressing

This salad is easy to make and easy to customize! Perfect for a refreshing, healthy bite to eat after a hot summer day.

Chop all of your ingredients into small pieces and add to a large bowl. Coat your produce with your favorite Green Goddess Dressing to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Feel free to add any other veggies on hand like kale, radishes, bok choy or Napa cabbage!
