Gingered Blueberry Slush


2 cups blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon candied ginger root (finely chopped)

Freeze 2 cups of blueberries.

Combine orange juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and candied ginger root in medium bowl one hour before serving.
Stir in frozen blueberries. Place in refrigerator and let rest for an hour. As blueberries start to melt the juices will become slushy. Serve dusted with nutmeg and powdered sugar.
