Beet & Berries Smoothie

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 small Tuttle's beet
Frozen Indiana strawberries
Frozen blueberries
6 oz container of yogurt

The best part of this recipe is that you can easily tweak it to reflect your favorite flavors! I made a single serving for myself. It was way more filling than I expected so make sure you are hungry when you are making this!

Directions:
Add the ingredients above into your blender after washing them off. You can pick whatever flavor of yogurt you desire, I used a blended strawberry banana. The amount of blueberries and strawberries depends on the flavor and amount of smoothie you want. Cut up the beet into smaller pieces before adding them. I used about 2 handfuls of blueberries and 4 strawberries. The next time I make this I’m adding more strawberries!
Blend until smooth. It took about 2 minutes in my blender. If you want it thicker you can add some ice cubes to the blend. Pour it into a glass and enjoy it!
