Sweet Potatoes and Apple Delight

Cut apple and sweet potato slices and put in a 9 by 13 in pan. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar, teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 stick of butter and mix.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  We like this with Gold Rush apples!
