Pink Lady is a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams, developed in the 1970s in Western Australia. Pink Lady is named for its distinctive orange-fuchsia blush, which covers a green-yellow. The flesh is a creamy light yellow and is crisp and juicy with a sweet-tart flavor.
