Intro to Canning This class will cover the basics that you need to know to begin canning. This will focus on supplies you need, where to get recipes, ideas about what items are good to start with if you want to can, what type of produce to look for, the difference between water bath and pressure cooker canning, etc. Cost:

Park in the gravel parking lot on the west side of the road. Please walk towards the pergola and the class will be in the building to your right. Please look for the signs directing you to the classroom.
At this time, masks will not be required for this event which follows the current governmental regulations.
Classes that do not meet the minimum requirements of 10 registered participants may be cancelled.
