Summer Canning and Freezing Class Series:

Tuttle’s offers a great selection of summer Indiana produce, which is great for canning or freezing!  Come join us to learn everything you need to know to successfully can and freeze your fruits and vegetables during our summer canning and freezing class series. 

How to Can and Freeze Lodi Applesauce:

This class will talk about how to make your own applesauce from Lodi Apples along with how to can the applesauce or freeze it.  Lodi are a summer apple that are great for making your own applesauce as they are softer and cook well. This class will last approximately 1 hour.

Class Time:

• July 8 from 9:00am to 10:00am

Cost:

• Adult – $10.00 per person for ages 14 and older
  
  • This class is geared towards adults.  Children 14 and older may attend with an adult and a purchase of a ticket.

Refunds:

Location:

Park in the parking lot on the west side of the road. There will be signs directing you to the class.
