Berries: Jellies, Jams, Preserves, and Freezing Class


June 9 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm June 11 from 9:30am to 10:30am

This class will focus on how to make jam, preserves, or jelly from berries such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.   We will also cover the difference between jam, preserves, jelly.)  We will talk about different regular and sugar free pectin options and options for deciding to freeze or can your preserves.  We will also cover the basics of how to freeze whole strawberries, blueberries, and other berries for later.

Park in the gravel parking lot on the west side of the road.  Please walk towards the pergola and the class will be in the building to your right.  Please look for the signs directing you to the classroom.

Mask Policy:

At this time, masks will not be required for this event which follows the current governmental regulations.
